School Days-School Play and Presentations

The first grade class did an iPad presentation about their Ocean Animals from the play. Pretty cute!

I can remember the days when Collin would just stand up on the stage and make goofy faces and never sing a note during his school performances. Not this year!! He was a singin' and dancin' fool! And a pretty darn cute clown fish!!

My little clown fish!

Uso brothers

As much as I have tried to fight it, the men in my family are obsessed with WWE. The boys play wrestling all day every day. They have the music the wrestlers use to enter the arena and they reenact the entrances. And then its on!! Wrestlemania, Friday Night Smackdown, Money in the Bank...you name it they can do it.

They even dress up like the wrestlers. Today they are the Uso brothers! So what do you think?

 I think they nailed it!

Don't call him late for school!

"If I had to leave home and could only take one object I would take my alarm clock because so I am not late for school".Hilarious!

Limbo King!

Who would have known??!?! Collin is a limbo king!! He won first place int he Limbo contest at St. Tim's Family Fun Night!

Gatlinburg with the girls

I took Collin out of school for a few days in May for a trip to Gatlinburg with Am, Em and Ella. He was super excited to go on a trip alone with Mom-and so was I. It was nice to be able to get away and spend some quality alone time with Collin. We haven't had much of that since Tyler came home. And, it was nice to have some "girl" time so the trip kind of killed two birds with one stone.

The cabin we stayed in was beautiful. It even had a swimming pool in the basement!! The kids were in heaven! We went for a hike in the Smokey National Park. Em took this picture of Collin and I and i think it has to be one of m y favorite pictures ever!

Collin brought along his notebook and Sharpies of course and had to document his discoveries along the way. I believe they spotted a snail on the path.

I swear these two are like brother and sister! It makes me really happy that the kids get along so well. I truly consider Amy, Em and Ella our family. It is amazing how we were brought together. I have to believe some people are just meant to come into your life.
